This recipe was supposed to be Christmassy but on a scale of New Year's Eve to actual Christmas I'd say we're somewhere around Halloween? (lame joke attempt basically not very Christmassy but I tried)

Hello everyone!

SO. I'm back with another recipe. Took long enough didn't it? (who am I kidding I don't think anyone but me cared) I got back from Italy 6 days ago and because of the salty oily food I consumed there, I've been trying to eat basic for the last couple of days. That translates to: no fun Christmas recipes. By the way when I say basic I mean simple whole foods, not basic white girl foods lol.

Something thats been bothering me lately, my followers are decreasing and my likes are a third of what they were before which makes me unmotivated to post religiously and stuff. I just feel like I'm talking to myself and sharing all these recipes I come up with, with ... absolutely no one. Really quite depressing. I mean what changed? Me going high carb vegan? :(

Also here's a raw 801010 porridge recipe I made!

Anyway here's the recipe for this gluten free vegan tart filled with maple almond custard, topped with raspberries, drizzled with raw chocolate and finished off with a dusting of lemon zest! I use a 6inch tart pan!

HAPPY DECEMBER YAY FOR CHRISTMAS!

OK HEAR ME OUT. These by no means are the most attractive (gingerbread) men you'll find however they are so damn tasty. In my opinion. And they get points for being vegan, gluten free, low fat and way better for you than the regular gingerbread men you can pick up along the street (or grocery store).

I think I'll be remaking these for Christmas. They definitely aren't as crunchy as many of us would be used to but they're definitely cookies. Not muffins or brownies or mushy cakes. Think cookies but slightly softer.

I used Gula Melaka in a block form instead of coconut sugar crystals. If you do the same, chop up the block then microwave the chopped up gula melaka with apple sauce for 15s or so :-)

On and I used oil but only 1 tbsp. Not a big deal if you don't eat the entire batch of cookies.

ON WITH THE RECIPE.

A classic dish I eat every week!

This dish uses oil but I think it can be omitted? It's super delicious I promise. We microwave this to quicken the process but you can always skip that step and just bake the capsicums/bell peppers longer. Add chopped mushrooms if you like. I don't.

Hi hi so here's the recipe for my raw chocolate chip cookie dough! It's high carb and low fat yay. Nut free, oil free :-)

The Ingredients

1 mashed banana

2-3 tbsp coconut flour

Raw cacao nibs

How to

Simply mix the mashed banana and coconut flour together. Then mix in some cacao nibs and some! I used raw cacao nibs already sweetened with some raw sugar :-) enjoy.
