Rawnola and I'm back!

Saturday, October 04, 2014

Did anyone notice I've been pretty much MIA in the last couple of months? No youtube videos, no blog posts, and hardly any instagram posts. I've been busy with my EYEs. Not those things we use to see, I mean End of Year Exams! Acronyms.

Anywho, I'm back and more ready than ever to get some content uploaded for @sopheats! I recreated my blog and stuff in attempt to upload better quality stuff and start afresh on a minimal cruelty [nothing is ever truly cruelty free anymore :( ] life. But the "better quality" hasn't been working out, so far my Instagram followers have fell, especially when I started eating more raw. I think I need to get my creative cap on and start churning out some interesting recipes, videos and better pictures!

Also I got an iphone6 which means better camera quality woooo.

So today was the first time I've been able to do something other than simple fruit and smoothies for breakfast! I made raw granola inspired by loni jane. I do hope everyone likes it and tries it out! I served it with banana milk (bananas and water) and strawberries!
