So the other day I did a ton of shopping with my Mom and then we ended our day with dinner at Real Food Cafe in Somerset! This was my second time eating there and again, it did NOT disappoint. The first time was when I met up with Serene and Andrea from Instagram :-) 

Going to do a short and sweet review of my experience there!

The first time I ate at the real food cafe, I had their vegan dumpling soup with brown rice udon noodles! The dumplings are always raved about. YES they ARE tasty :-) They're filled with mushroom and vegetables and don't taste vegan really!

This time round, I went for the vegan beetroot millet burger with onions, guac and tomatoes, served along side pan fried sweet potato wedges. The bun was crisp on the inner surfaces and the burger as a whole was 7/10 (: The beet root patty was very tomato-ey and it tasted pretty good but they texture was quite........ mushy. I completely understand though, VEGAN PATTIES ARE HARD TO GET RIGHT ): Sweet potato wedges were basically the best thing ever. SO sweet and savory and crispy. They were most likely steamed first and then pan fried! However, I prefer my meals slightly less oily :) Not that this was nearly as oily as a regular burger and fries! Far from that heh.

Prepared fresh
Organic, vegan, vegetarian, whatever-eater, healthy options, all available!
Inexpensive
Asian food like dumplings available apart from the usual pasta, burger, sandwich stuff
